RESTORATIVE DENTIST
Dr. Karacosta is an assistant clinical professor and has been a member of the faculty at Tufts University in the Department of Diagnosis and Health Promotion since 2000. She received her first dental degree, her DDS, from the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Athens, Greece. Then Dr. Karacosta was accepted at Tufts University, where she completed an aesthetic dentistry fellowship program. Upon graduation, she started teaching in the undergraduate clinic as a practice coordinator.
In 2007, Dr. Karacosta received her second dental degree, her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. The same year, she completed an implant dentistry fellowship in the Implant Center at Tufts University. Dr. Karacosta has also practiced in a dental private practice in Athens, Greece.
Dr. Karacosta is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
She has a passion for aesthetic dentistry and offering the best quality of dentistry to her patients. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, swimming, and photography.
